eSeSellBridge

Listing and inventory software for resellers

List Once. Sell Everywhere.

Photograph the item. eSellBridge reads what is in your photographs — the label, the rating plate, the system information screen — and writes the listing from what it can actually see. You check it and press publish.

Currently listing to eBay. Built by resellers, in Virginia.

Photo 4 was the system information screen. That is why the listing says 16 GB.

The problem

Listing is the bottleneck, not selling

You can source all day. What stops you is sitting down afterwards and typing the same forty fields into a form, one item at a time, getting one of them wrong, and finding out three weeks later when a return arrives.

Every item is different

Three laptops of the same model can have different memory, different scratches, different conditions. Templates do not help. The details are the work.

A wrong field costs more than a missing one

A blank you can fill in. A specification that is confidently wrong becomes a return, a refund, and a dent in your seller rating.

Tools guess

Most listing software will happily invent a specification that sounds right for that kind of item. It is right often enough to be trusted, and wrong often enough to hurt.

The approach

It reads. It does not guess.

Every fact in your draft has to name the photograph it came from and say what in that photograph shows it. Anything that cannot is thrown away before you ever see it.

Photograph the screen, get the specification

Open the system information window on a laptop and photograph it. The listing says 16 GB because it was read off your photograph, not because 16 GB is a common amount of memory.

You can see where every field came from

Read from a photograph, looked up from a barcode, supplied by you, or worked out. Each is labelled and coloured differently. A field read off a rating plate needs no attention. One that was worked out does.

It asks rather than filling in a blank

If the memory is not visible anywhere, you get one short question instead of a plausible number. Usually no more than three or four for a whole item.

Nothing goes live without you

eSellBridge creates the listing on eBay switched off, so eBay can check it and tell you what it thinks. It becomes visible to buyers when you press the button that says so.

Also included

The parts nobody enjoys

Stock that cannot oversell

Available stock is calculated by the database, not by the application, and it holds a unit back by default so the same item cannot sell twice in the minute before an update lands.

eBay's category questions, answered

eSellBridge asks eBay what your category requires, fills in what it already knows, and asks you only for the rest — including when a value you have is one eBay will not accept.

Marketing content, written and kept

Captions, hashtags and images cropped for each platform, generated from the product and stored. Download them and post them yourself.

Where eSellBridge is today. It lists to eBay, and it does the hard part of listing — turning photographs of a real item into an accurate listing — better than anything else we have used. More marketplaces are being built. We would rather tell you that than let you find out after you have paid.

See it on your own stock

Early access is opening in small groups so we can sit with the first sellers properly. Leave your email and we will be in touch before we open it up.
