Which marketplaces does it list to?
eBay. That is the honest answer today. More are being built, and a proper integration takes weeks each, so we are doing eBay thoroughly before adding a second. If you need six marketplaces tomorrow, one of the crosslisting tools on our pricing page is a better answer than we are.
Does it really read specifications off my photographs?
Yes, and that is the part we are most confident about. Printed text photographed square-on is the easiest thing there is to read: model numbers, rating plates, care labels, and especially a system information screen on a computer.
Every fact has to name the photograph and say what in it shows the value. Anything that cannot is discarded before you see it.
Where will it struggle?
Labels at an angle, in glare, or behind curved plastic. Model numbers that differ by one character, which is the mistake worth watching for. Anything not printed anywhere — a battery's capacity with the sticker worn off is simply unknown, and it will say so and ask rather than pick a likely number.
Will it invent a specification?
It is built so that it cannot. Price, weight, quantity and condition are not fields it is allowed to produce at all. Everything else has to carry evidence. What it writes rather than reads — the title and description — is labelled differently on screen so it never carries the same weight as something read off a plate.
Can something go live on eBay without me seeing it?
No. Publishing is two separate steps. The first creates the listing on eBay switched off, so eBay can check it while fixing it is free. The second makes it visible, and is a button with a confirmation on it. There is no path through the software that skips the first.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export everything to CSV whenever you like, including while you are deciding whether to stay. Nothing is held hostage. Ask and we delete the account and its contents.
Do I need my own eBay developer account?
No. You connect your ordinary eBay selling account by signing in at eBay and approving access, the same way you would connect any app. Your eBay password is never seen by eSellBridge.
Is my data separated from other sellers'?
By the database itself, not by application code remembering to filter. Every table carries an owner and the database refuses to return rows belonging to anyone else, whatever the application asks for. It is the difference between isolation you can rely on and isolation that holds until someone writes one query carelessly.
How much does the AI cost me?
Nothing extra. It is in the plan price, and there are no add-ons for it. Reading a set of photographs costs us a few cents, which is already accounted for.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It is a website built for a phone first, because photographing an item happens standing over it rather than at a desk. There is no app to install.
What about the marketing content — does it post for me?
Not yet, and that is deliberate. Getting permission to post on your behalf means months in platform approval queues. So the content is written and stored now and you download it and post it. When automatic posting is added it will deliver the same stored content rather than being a rebuild.
When can I sign up?
Early access is opening in small groups. Leave your email on the early access page and a person will contact you. Nothing on that page creates an account.
